Everyone uses the boats at their own risk.
Filling out a liability statement is mandatory.
You must arrive at the hotel reception 30 minutes before the start of the boat trip:

1. General Rules
1.1 The boats may only can be used during official opening hours.
1.2 Only boats provided by the operator can be used.
1.3 Using a boat is only at your own risk.
1.4 Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult.
1.5 Wearing a life jacket is mandatory.
1.6 A maximum of 2 people are allowed in a boat at the same time.
2. How to Use
2.1 The rules must be read and accepted before use.
2.2 Boats must be returned clean and undamaged.
2.3 Rowing is only permitted in suitable weather conditions.
2.4 Using the boat under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly prohibited.
3. Prohibited
• Jumping from the boat or swimming is prohibited.
• Do not approach or disturb other boats.
• Fishing from the boat is not allowed (unless specially permitted).
• No animals allowed on the boat.
• Do not leave the designated boating area.
• Do not damage or modify the boat or its equipment.
4. Liability and Damage
4.1 Damages caused to the boat must be compensated.
4.2 The operator is not responsible for accidents resulting from rule violations.
4.3 Any accidents or unusual events must be reported immediately.
5. Additional Information
• Maximum usage time: 30 minutes after payment of the usage fee
• Boating into the middle of the lake or reed areas is prohibited.
• In case of an emergency signal (e.g. horn or whistle), return to the dock immediately.

I, the undersigned guest, hereby declare that I use the boats located in the garden lake of Károlyi-Kastély Hotel & Restaurant at my own risk.
I acknowledge that:
• Boating is strictly at your own risk.
• Oars and life jackets are provided by the hotel and must be worn at all times.
• The boat can accommodate a maximum of 2 people.
• The maximum usage time is 30 minutes.
• Equipment must be returned in good condition.
• Lost or damaged items will be charged to the guest, what have to be paid as a compensation for the hotel
• The hotel assumes no responsibility for any accidents or injuries.
