Károlyi Gasztro Workshop is a kind of cooking school where all our guests are actively involved in cooking, of course our staff is available for all your needs. We believe that cooking is a creative and creative activity that entertains, relaxes, brings people together and gives our guests a real experience.
We pride ourselves on being an educational centre, an everyday ambassador for the world's gastronomic culture. Our aim is to give you the experience of cooking together with the help of authentic professionals and to give you the confidence to create with our recipes at home.
Our special cellar workshop is open all year round with a range of courses.
TEAM BUILDING COOKING SHOW
At the team building cooking we provide a venue that is just yours, where all the tools are available and where everything is tailored to your needs. During the cooking session, professional chefs will help your team to ensure success. We follow a fine dining approach to the menu, with a relaxed elegance, so we create dishes that stand up to the best restaurants.

GROUP COOKING COURSE
We offer a thematic cooking course every month.
You'll learn the correct cutting techniques, how to clean and prepare meat, as well as marinating, drying and baking.
Sous Vide and Confit basics, we will dispel the mystery surrounding the two heat transfer techniques.
PRIVATE COOKING COURSE
Maybe you can't fit any of the cooking course dates into your schedule, or you think it would be more efficient if you were the only one taking them? In that case, I highly recommend our private cooking course.
You are free to choose from any of the cooking course topics, and we will cook through the course at a pre-arranged time just like in a normal cooking course, but this time the focus will be on you.
